ROCKDALE COUNTY – Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office Deputies (RCSO) are proactive in ensuring the safety of students and staff at every school outside the city limits in Rockdale County. RCSO deputies regularly conduct active school shooting drills and scenarios throughout the year. Additionally, each middle and high school has a designated resource deputy present at the school throughout the day. Preparedness is a key to our emergency response and we frequently train with the school system.
