ROCKDALE COUNTY – January 16, 2024, around 3:10 PM the Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic disturbance call located in the 1300 block of Maggie LN SE Conyers, GA. Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office was advised that the subject was possibly armed. The subject barricaded himself inside the home. The Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office S.W.A.T and negotiating team was deployed to the location. After careful negotiation, the suspect was taken into custody without any further incident.
The Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the incident, and updates will be provided as they become available.
