- Too Fast For Conditions
- Fleeing/Attempting to Elude A Police Officer
- Display of License Plates
- Improper Passing/Limitations On Passing Left
Sheriff Eric J. Levett stated, “Street racing is a dangerous and risky sport that is against the law and will not be tolerated in Rockdale County. If you are caught participating in this activity you will be held accountable. Our agency will be approaching our local legislative branch to seek stringent penalties on street racing. The citizens of Rockdale County deserve peace of mind.”
