Download the application for employment from here and submit it to Rockdale County Human Resources. They provide the application to the Sheriff's Office. The application must be turned into Human Resources. DEPUTY SHERIFFS - ROAD PATROL & DETENTION DEPUTIES Candidates for the position of Deputy Sheriff must submit either a copy of their P.O.S.T. certification or a copy of their compass entrance exam when submitting their application. Applicants for the position of Detention Deputy must submit a copy of their Compass entrance exam when submitting their application. Applicants must pass the Compass test at levels established by Georgia P.O.S.T. Directions concerning the Compass test and how to schedule the test may be obtained at the Rockdale County Human Resource Department when picking up the application. |
